My sleep still sucks and I'm so low on energy today. Not sure wth is happening right now. Maybe hormones?

Anyway... I made an awesome paleo meatloaf last night. No idea why, but I was craving meatloaf.
the recipe I found uses mushrooms to.hold it together instead of breadcrumbs. it was very yummy.
Wanted to talk about more, but gotta figure out what is wrong with this thing.
