Woke up to boob pain... nooooooooooo.
Frickin sucks. Do women ever get a damn break with our bodies??
My boobs feel so gross and sore right now. Big swollen lumps that are all hard and hurt.
Zoe just looooooves to press on with her hard head in to them. OUCH!!
Will probably have to whip out the hand pump to relieve some of the pain/pressure.

Take a shower and in the shower hand express just enough to take away the pain/hard lumps. That is what I did at the end as I did not want to stimulate the breasts too much.
Yeah I took a shower and the warm water helped some.
They stopped hurting until something presses in to them.... which happens ALL the time whn I hold Zoe....sigh.
Hopefully tomorrow I'll wake up and they'll feel ok.
